This is it, folks. This is my test blog post. You know, the one where most people would write out a bunch of nonsense and leave it at that.
No.
Not me, not in my wonderland.
2020 has been a year, hasn’t it? I was just discussing with a close friend of mine the insane twists and turns this year has given us. I was supposed to go on vacations, see family, party with friends…not sit in my living room and cry over the resurgence of my Twilight obsession.
Death, anger, suppression, oppression, and violence have been at the core of this year. But even through all of that, there have been silver linings.
Resilience. Perseverance. Kindness. A similar resurgence to my Twilight obsession yet somehow more powerful. A generation unafraid to speak their minds and push for change has grasped their hands around the throat of 2020 and made it beg for mercy…or justice, which may never come.
In so many ways, 2020 will be a year to remember. But for now… I’m just trying to build this website.
